A very comfortable holiday home for 4, on the north west coast of Devon, on the outskirts of the village of Hartland. This modern house was built in 1997 and is fully equipped with everything you might need, to a very high standard.

The village of Hartland is 13 miles west of Bideford, and a similar distance north of Bude. It has three pubs, several food shops, a post office and a garage. It is an ideal location for walking holidays, with the beautiful coastal path around the rugged headland of Hartland Point. There are also the sandy beaches of Bude and Westward Ho! not far away.

A very comfortable property within walking distance of village centre

Pleasantly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of this picturesque village with local shops, pottery, cafe, fish & chip shop, tennis courts and choice of character pubs. There are miles of coastal footpaths along this magnificent rugged coastline with its many unspoilt rock and sandy coves. Wide sandy beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude are within 20 minutesí drive, whilst a golf course and Clovelly village are much closer by.

Accommodation is equipped and furnished to high standards including double glazing, night storage and thermostatically controlled heaters throughout. Two bedrooms all with colour co-ordinated furnishings and convector heaters. King size double with views over rear garden, twin with country views. Bathroom/wc with electric shower and wall heater. Cloakroom/wc on ground floor. Very spacious living room with TV/DVD, and patio doors leading to rear garden. Excellent fully fitted kitchen/dining room with electric cooker with extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer,  washing machine etc. (tumble dryer in garage), and circular dining table. Hallway with telephone and hanging space for coats etc. Small entrance porch. All ground floor rooms have laminated floors. 

Open plan lawned front garden and fully fenced and terraced rear garden with patio and steps to level lawned area, (may not suit toddlers) garden furniture supplied. Garage and driveway parking for second car.
